This one-year plan includes unlimited customer support, unlimited upgrades, unlimited software licenses, unlimited customer SMS texting, and unlimited use of our online Cloud backup server.  You simply purchase the maintenance plan and whenever you want an upgrade, you simply contact us with an email.  Your software will then be upgraded and an email will be sent to you with a download link with detailed instructions on how to install it.
