Our latest version now has the ability to add one-time fees to any due month, so if you want to add a NSF fee, you simply click on [Add One Time Fee], enter the amount and reason, and click [Accept].  It's just that easy to add fees to any month.  This feature is available in versions 6.1.8 and greater of our software. 

    Our previous version added the ability to email billing notices to customers.  We have also made our software Internet smart.  You know have the ability to check for updates over the internet, download your database to our secure data warehouse, request support, and more.  Why allow our clients the ability to email customer billing notices?  Because one of our customer asked for it.  Why have the ability to archive the database to our secure data warehouse?  Because one of our clients asked for it.  We are always improving our software for our client's needs.  Our software is not a stagnate software package; we are constantly adding features that our customers need to stay competitive in the self-storage market.

This upgraded trialware version is now fully functional for building A.  Also minor bugs were found and corrected in the unit link section.

  • Version 3.2.0 beta released 

This upgrade includes the ability to link up to six units to one customer.   This means you can now accept payments for up to six units from one unit detail.  Customer information is automatically copied to linked units.  You can add and removed linked units at any time during the customers stay.

This upgrade corrects installation problems on early versions of Windows 95.  If you are having trouble installing on Windows 95, first install this file: vbrun60.exe, then install Tredd's Self Storage Software.
