We are proud to announce our first gate interface with DKS Doorking.  This feature is now available.  For our existing customers, there will be the standard $99 upgrade to have this new feature and we are VERY proud to offer our first automatic Credit Card Processing plug-in which will allow our customers without a merchant account to process credit cards using the PayPal website.  Your customers don't know you are using PayPal, they simply give you a credit card number and our software will process their credit card via PayPal and their credit card statement will simply have your business name besides the amount.  With just three clicks of the mouse, you can now be processing credit cards with our software.

Tredd's Self Storage Software loves small computers
Tredd's Self Storage Software runs quite happily on a 486!  We recommend a Pentium based system, but it is not necessary.  If your computer can run a 32-bit Windows Operating System, then you can run this software.

System administrators' dream
There are two levels of access: administrator and user.  The administrator has full access to the database and all functionality of the software.  User access has limited access dealing with unit renting, accepting payments, vacating units, and view customer information, but no access to reports or the database.  

Tredd's Self Storage Software - What it does not do

Most software vendors do not point out their shortcomings.  We disagree with that.  Our software is priced on the fact we do not have all these features.  If you do need these features, there are other companies out there with thousand dollar packages that probably do everything you want.  We feel that the consumer should know exactly what the software can do or not do, so here is a list of items that Tredd's Self Storage Software does not feature:

• Automatic credit card billing - this feature has been added in version 7.0.0 of our software.
• Accounting Package - No plans to add in the near future.
• User graphic customization - most of our customers see this as a plus, they would rather have us customize the graphics, but some would like to see this option to allow the customers to change the graphics.  No plans to add and probably never will.
• Anniversary Billing - This feature has been added.  Even though once you start using a management software package it is easier to use same-day billing, clients with a large customer base want anniversary billing.
• Option to email billing statements - this feature has been added!
• Accounting interface - This feature has been added!  You can now export transaction data into a Quicken QIF file format for importing into many accounting packages.
