You can download our trialware version free of charge by here or send us an email requesting a free demo CD.  Make sure to include your mailing address.

Once downloading is complete, double clicking on the file will automatically start the installation process.  It has full install and uninstall support.  The installation program may have to update some files before installing.  If a system restart is necessary, rerun the install program to finish the installation.

Important Note for Windows 95 Users:
If you are using the original release of Windows® 95 (version 4.00.950) and have not installed Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher, you will have to update your Internet Explorer in order to run Tredd's Self Storage Software.

Computer disk drives have incorporated a technology known as S.M.A.R.T to predict impending failure and provide diagnostic information.  This application acquires, interprets, and presents the available failure prediction information to the user in a simple to understand format.  With this information, the user is often able to recognize a failing disk drive before any obvious indications occur.   Early indications provide the ability to replace a failing disk drive before serious loss of information occurs.  We strongly encourage every user of Tredd's Self Storage Software to run this software to protect your computer from crashing.

Fixes registry issues with our older installation package on Windows Vista.  If you contact customer support about menu issues with our software or about Windows Vista not being able to edit customer letters, you may be asked to download this tool to correct registry problems with our software.  You simply enter your customer number and the Virtual Folder inside your USERS folder and click [Fix].  The following changes will then be made:

• Database location reset to the installation folder of Tredd's Self Storage Software.
• Back up Database location reset to the installation folder of Tredd's Self Storage Software.
• Turn on toolbar.
• Turn on status bar.
• All folders used by our software will be moved to C:\TSS\YourCustomerNumber
